terrible quality
I got the product with one strap missing and this is a not returnable product. This sheer of negligence and quality issue is such down market behavior from marks and spencers. You should do detailed quality checks before dispatching the stuff and approve only when the product can be worn as this is useless for me. Can't wear with only one strap.
