Our specially trained customer assistants help customers get the best bra fit.

SPARKS Point Earn, Redemption and Validity

  • SPARKS Point earn rates will vary by the tier of the Members. 1 Point value is 1 Rupees
  • Earned SPARKS points are credited to the member in 24 hours.
  • Members are not eligible to earn SPARKS points on the day of enrolment
  • Members are not eligible to earn SPARKS points on reduced priced merchandize purchase.
  • SPARKS Points will be given on transaction having any payment medium.
  • SPARKS Points will only be earned on the final amount paid by the Members
  • SPARKS Points will not be earned when Gift Card is purchased.
  • SPARKS Points will be earned when some-one uses Gift Card as payment for the Full Price bill.
  • SPARKS Members will start earning SPARKS points basis the new tier only from the next transaction day of enrollment/upgrade on A.) A successful purchase from designated outlets B.) Successful delivery of your order in case you place an online order from marksandspencer.in or M&S India App
  • In case of return transaction equivalent SPARKS points earned during purchase transaction will be taken back/ debited from the member SPARKS point balance.

SPARKS Tier – Upgrade/Downgrade

  • SPARKS Tier upgrades are processed daily on a rolling 12-month revenue basis including the Reduced Price sales also.
  • EG- If a SPARKS Members has done 10K purchase within last 1 year and he makes another transaction of 10K today in reduced price merchandise then he will be upgraded to SPARKS Premier Tier but no SPARKS points will be allocated in 10K reduced price purchase.
  • SPARKS Tier downgrades are also processed daily however a member who has achieved either SPARKS premier or SPARKS elite will continue to enjoy benefit of that tier for at least 12 months before being considered for SPARKS tier downgrade
  • Post 12-month completion in either SPARKS premier or SPARKS elite, last 12 month rolling revenue will be considered to define the new SPARKS tier of the member.

SPARKS Welcome/Upgrade Voucher

  • SPARKS Welcome voucher of Rs 500 OFF is given at the time of member enrolment irrespective of transaction value and its validity is 90 days
  • SPARKS Upgrade Vouchers
    • SPARKS Club to SPARKS Premiere : Rs 1000 on spend Rs 4000
    • SPARKS Premiere to SPARKS elite : Rs 3000 on spend of Rs 12000
  • SPARKS Welcome/Upgrade voucher cannot be redeemed on the same day of enrollment

  • If a customer directly enrols for SPARKS Premier or SPARKS Elite tier, both Welcome voucher and upgrade voucher will be issued to the member.
  • An Upgrade voucher will be issued only once in the SPARKS member lifetime. If a member was downgraded from SPARKS Premier/Elite tier and he again reaches his previous tier after making another transaction, he/she will be not be eligible for an upgrade voucher.

Birthday, Anniversary and Kids Birthday Benefits

  • M&S SPARKS member is eligible to avail birthday, anniversary and kids birthday benefit are applicable for the whole calendar month of the date of the event in one invoice only.
  • SPARKS member Birthday / Anniversary / Kids birthday details can be updated at any M&S India store or update your Sparks account on www.marksandspencer.in or in the M&S India App.
  • Birthday, anniversary and kids birthday benefit can be availed against reduced price merchandize also
  • Kids Birthday benefit is valid on Kids Items only.
  • The SPARKS Members can avail Kids birthday benefit only for 0-14 year old kids.
  • Birthday, Anniversary and Kids Birthday cannot be combined in same invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets.

Can I pay using a gift card?

We currently do not accept payment by gift cards on this website. We will look to offer this in the future.

When will you take payment for my order?

If you used online payment method, payment will be authorised when you submit your order. For COD orders, you can make the payment in cash to the delivery person.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We offer a no questions asked return policy. Please note that merchandise can only be returned for refunds if it is unused with all price tags intact.

Return window details:

Return can be done within 35 days of delivery. The return can be done online from home, or at the nearest offline store. The refund will be processed according to original mode of payment as per details given below.

 

  • Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ Netbanking: Directly credited to the original source of payment
  • Cash on delivery: Refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer
  • Loyalty Points refund will be made in the loyalty account

Exclusions from the return policy:

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

Masks, Decorative products, Beauty, Knickers, Knicker Packs, Swimwear, Shapewear, Toiletries, Jewellery, Thermals/Heatgen, personalised items and/or any products with a broken seal. Some of the items may have their own terms and conditions which will be product specific.

Items under Last Chance to Buy, priced at 990 or below, are non-returnable.

Refund to be made to the user shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at its sole discretion) we may, in our sole discretion, refund the shipping charges to you.

When do I receive a refund?

You can directly visit the nearest M&S store to return the product. Please click here to find your nearest store.

Alternatively, you can place a return request online from My Account section. Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 3 days and shall process the refund on completion of quality check. The pickup to refund processing takes around 7-10 days. We will also send a confirmation email to you on refund processing

Delivery

How much is my delivery charge?

All orders with value more than Rs. 1499, will be shipped free of cost. For any orders worth Rs. 1499 or below, a nominal fee of Rs. 99 would be applied.

Do I get the delivery charges refunded?

  1. Please note that any shipping charges paid, are non-refundable for orders totaling less than or equal to ₹1499.
  2. Paid shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable if an order is marked NDR (Non-Delivery Report). NDR may occur due to reasons such as incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the delivery.
  3. In cases of partial order returns, the shipping charges (if paid) will not be refunded.
  4. If the complete order is canceled or lost, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping cost, if paid online.

Is International delivery available?

No, currently international shipping is not available on M&S India website. 

Are there weight restrictions on deliveries that will affect the delivery charge?

No, currently there are no such weight restrictions on deliveries. 

Do I need to be at home to receive my order?

The delivery drivers can deliver your order when you are not at home. In that case, it will be picked up by a family member. 

What happens if my order gets lost in the post?

If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible using these contact details. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.

Why is my order incomplete?

This could be because an item you’ve ordered has sold out before it could be sent to you. If any of the items in your order have sold out, we will inform you of this by email. Your order may also arrive in multiple parcels. Please allow us some extra time for the next parcel to arrive. If something is missing and you haven’t heard from us, please let us know so we can look into this further.

How can I join the M&S SPARKS Program?

It’s absolutely free and very simple to join SPARKS program!

To enrol, visit your nearest M&S store or go to www.marksandspencer.in or download the M&S app.

  1. a. In store ask our cashier. Just share your name, mobile number and provide the OTP received on your mobile to the cashier and you are now a Sparks member.
  2. b. On M&S India website, signup by validating your Mobile Number with an OTP. On the sparks page, click “Join SPARKS” and you are now a Sparks member.
  3. If you are already registered on the website, just click “Join Sparks” button on the Sparks page to become a Sparks member.

Who is eligible for SPARKS program?

Any customer who is 18 years and above can join the SPARKS program.

I am an existing Loyalty member, what happens to my existing Loyalty points or vouchers?

Your Loyalty points & existing vouchers are yours and absolutely safe. All existing M&S Club India Loyalty customers have been automatically upgraded to Sparks at no extra cost. All valid existing points, vouchers or benefits have been carry forwarded to the new Sparks membership.

Why do I have to give my mobile number?

When you register to the SPARKS program a unique SPARKS account is created which is linked to your mobile number.
Every point accumulated is credited to your SPARKS account.

You don’t need to remember your SPARKS account number, only share your mobile number at M&S store or login using the registered mobile number on www.marksandspencer.in or M&S India APP to avail your SPARKS benefits or redeem your SPARKS points.

How do I earn the SPARKS loyalty points?

You’ll earn Sparks points 24 hours after enrolling to the SPARKS program.

Points are accrued after an order purchased or successful transaction on full priced items only.

  1. a. In store - after you have made a purchase and paid for the transaction
  2. b. Marksandspencer.in or M&S India App – after the successful delivery of your entire order.

Validity of SPARKS Loyalty Points?

Points earned on transaction are valid for 12 months from the date of earning the points. You have 12 months to redeem your points before expiry.

Do I earn points on the transactions made prior enrolling to Sparks?

You start earning points basis your SPARKS tier only from the 2nd transaction onwards post enrolling to the SPARKS Program.

How are Sparks points earned?

Point are earned on purchase of full priced items as per the SPARKS member’s tier. For every ₹100 spent on Full price items, a member earns

Club Tier = 1 point
Premier = 2 point
Elite Tier = 3 points

Sparks points t&c

  1. a. Sparks Points are earned on purchase of full price items only
  2. b. Sparks points are reversed on return of items. Any points earned from a full price item are deducted from the total loyalty points earned.
  3. c. Sparks points are not applicable on any gift card purchased.
  4. d. Sparks points earned if gift card is used as a mode of payment.
  5. e. Sparks points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.

What happens to SPARKS points on cancellation of order?

  1. a. No Sparks points apply on any cancelled transaction or order.
  2. b. If the member has used the Sparks points on an order and then cancelled the same order later, the used Sparks points will be reversed and credited back to the Member’s Sparks account.

What happens to SPARKS points on order return?

  1. a. In case of a full priced item/s return, the Sparks points earned on that item/s will be deducted/removed from the member’s point balance.
  2. b. If the member has used their SPARKS points during a purchase and then returned the item/s later, the SPARKS points used will be credited back to the Member’s SPARKS account post successful completion of the return process.

How can I avail Birthday/ Anniversary / Kids birthday benefits?

  1. a. To avail your Birthday/ Anniversary / Kids birthday benefit, you have to be a Sparks member (or former M&S Club India Loyalty member).
  2. b. Your Birthday / Anniversary / Kids birthday details should be available with us. You can provide your details at any M&S India store or update your Sparks account on www.marksandspencer.in or in the M&S India App. Just don’t forget to link your link your account to Sparks.
  3. c. Birthday / Anniversary / Kids birthday benefits are applicable for the whole calendar month of the date of the event.
    Ex: if your birthday is 10 January, you can avail your birthday discount on any day of January.
  4. d. You can redeem your Birthday / Anniversary / Kids birthday benefits either at any M&S India stores by providing their registered mobile number or login to your account in www.marksandspencer.in or M&S India App.

What are Birthday/ Anniversary / Kids birthday benefits?

As a Sparks member, you earn discounts of 10%, 15% or 20% eligible as per you tier

What are upgrade vouchers?

When a Sparks member does a cumulative transaction value of a higher tier threshold than their existing tier, they earn an upgrade Voucher once in a lifetime.

How many upgrade vouchers are there?

There are 2 types of upgrade vouchers issued to a Sparks member once in their lifetime.

Premier upgrade voucher – Rs. 1000 off on Rs. 4000
Elite upgrade voucher – Rs. 3000 off on Rs. 12000

What is Free Basket all about?

At any M&S India Store, one Sparks member has the chance to win their entire shopping bag absolutely free.

Every month there will be 1 winner per Store in India except Delhi Airport and stores in the state of Tamil Nadu.

How do I know if I am the winner of the Free Basket?

You will be informed once the invoice of your transaction is generated at the Store immediately at the store.

Is the free basket available in all stores?

Free basket reward will run in all M&S India stores in India except Delhi Airport and stores in the state of Tamil Nadu.

What happens to my applied discounts/vouchers if I get my shopping for free?

The entire basked is absolutely free. The discount / voucher applied in the Basket Free Reward transaction/ invoice remain applied.

Can I get a refund for the Free basket amount or any item?

Free basket is neither encashable nor refundable

Can I return the Free basket reward or any item from it?

Free basket reward is absolutely free to you. Items in the free basket are not returnable.

Can I exchange items in the free basket?

You can only exchange the items in the free basket once for a different size of the same product. Exchange to a different item is not allowed.

Can I exchange free basket item with lesser amount items?

Exchange of different size of the same item in the free basket invoice is allowed, irrespective of the exchanged item’s price.

How can I get Sparks points for carrying my own bag?

Just inform our Cashier at the time of invoicing, that you are carrying your own bag and do not require the M&S Bag to bag the items bought.

5 Sparks points will be credited into your Sparks Loyalty account on bringing your own bag to any of our M&S store, after the transaction has been invoiced.

What is Elite Tier Retention Voucher?

As the name suggests an Elite Tier Retention Voucher is issued to a Sparks Elite member on doing an annual transactions of value Rs.50000 or more in a year.

What is the criteria for eligibility to Elite Tier Retention Voucher?

Retention Voucher is issued to a Sparks Elite Member
The Elite Member has to do an annual transaction of value “₹50,000” and above in 365 days from the date of upgrading or moving to the Elite tier.

  • Member can only exchange the items in the free basket once for a different size of the same product.

What is the T&C for Elite Plus Tier?

  • Elite Plus tier is only for Sparks Members.
  • SPARKS member who retains their Elite Tier for 5 years, they become Elite Plus member.
  • SPARKS member who retains their Elite Tier for 5 years out of 7 years, they will become Elite Plus member.
  • The Elite Plus member has to do an annual transaction of value “₹50,000” and above in 365 days from the date of upgrading or moving to the tier.
  • Retention voucher: Rs 3000 on spend of Rs 12000. This Voucher is issued every year to Elite Plus customers on reaching the transaction of value “₹50,000” and above in 365 days from the date of upgrading or moving to the tier.
  • Transaction value to be considered across our M&S India Stores, www.marksandspencer.in and M&S India APP.
  • Elite Plus members are never downgraded unless they have not transacted for 4 years.
  • Elite Plus Members Points don’t expire and will carry forward every year unless they have not transacted for 4 years.
  • All SPARKS benefits remain same as ELITE Tier including SPARKS Points, Birthday, Anniversary & Kids Birthday benefits and Retention voucher for Elite Plus members.

What is click and collect?

“Click and Collect” is a newly introduced feature on our website through which you can order your favourite products online and collect them from a few select M&S Click and Collect stores.

 

How does it work?

When shopping online, select Click and Collect as an option while checking out to avail this service. As soon as your order is ready for pick-up in the chosen store, we will inform you by e-mail or SMS. In the e-mail, you will receive all the information related to your order.

Which stores can I select for my Click and Collect order?

You can check the list of stores while selecting the address details during checkout.

How can I change the collection store for my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order we're unable to change your collection store.

What happens if I'm unable to collect my order from store?

You have seven (7) days to collect your order once they arrive at the store. If by the end of the seventh day you do not collect your order, we will cancel the order and refund the cost back onto your original method of payment.

Can I have items in my order delivered to different Click and Collect stores?

Products in one order can only be delivered to one Click and Collect store. The only way a shopper can pick up items from multiple Click and Collect stores is by placing separate orders.

How can I return my Click & Collect order?

You can only return it by handing over the products in unused condition with all tags intact in any of the M&S Stores. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Wrap your products in their original shipping packaging and bring them along with the invoice to any M&S Click & Collect stores.
  • Hand over your return - an authorised staff member will take your package.
  • After we check your returns, we'll process your refund. You’ll receive a refund to your original or you can also opt for a Credit Note instantly in store to be used in any store.

I haven’t received an e-mail or SMS to notify my order has arrived, what do I do?

It will take maximum 10 days for your order to reach your preferred Click & Collect Store.

What time shall I pick up my order?

Once you have received your SMS or email-confirmation, you can head to your selected store any time for pick-up of your order keeping the store timings in mind as they vary from store to store.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

You need to bring the SMS or email confirmation for your order. This can either be printed or on your smartphone or tablet.

We will also need to see a form of identification to make sure that we are giving your order to the right person. This needs to be either:

- Valid Aadhar Card or Pan Card.
- Valid driver's license or passport featuring a current photograph.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes, that’s not a problem. However, they will need to bring a copy of the email or SMS confirmation, either printed or on a smart phone or tablet, and their own government-issued photo ID.

Where do I pick-up my order in store?

Each store has a dedicated area for collections and has signs which direct you to the collection point. Alternatively, any of our staff will be happy to point you in the right direction.
