How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Why is my promotional code not working?

If your promotion code is valid, it should appear as a discount in the order summary in your cart. To check your cart, please click on ‘Cart’ at the top right corner of the homepage.

  • - Our promotional codes have expiry dates, so ensure it has not expired.
  • - Read the terms and conditions for the promotion code. The products you want might not be eligible and some codes or offers can’t be used with others.

  • - Spend in last 12 months - 65,000
  • - Loyalty Points* (Per Rs 100 spent) - 3%
  • - Welcome Voucher - Rs. 500
  • - Upgrade Voucher (redeemable in stores only) - Rs 3,000 off on Rs 12,000
  • - Birthday / Anniversary / Kid Birthday day Discount - 20%

Point Earn, Redemption and Validity

  • - Point earn rates will vary by the tier of the customers. 1 Point value is 1 Rupees
  • - Earned points are credited to the member in 24 hours.
  • - Members are not eligible to earn points on the day of enrolment
  • - Members are not eligible to earn points on reduced priced merchandize purchase.
  • - Points will be given on transaction having any payment medium.
  • - Points will only be earned on the final amount paid by the customers
  • - Points will not be earned when Gift Card is purchased.
  • - Points will be earned when some-one uses Gift Card as payment for the Full Price bill.
  • - Customer will start earning loyalty points basis the new tier only from the next transaction day of enrollment/upgrade on A.) A successful purchase from designated outlets B.) Successful delivery of your order in case you place an online order from marksandspencer.in
  • - In case of return transaction equivalent points earned during purchase transaction will be taken back/ debited from the member point balance.
  • - Points earned on the same day cannot be redeemed since points are awarded in 24 hours.
  • - Points redemption follow FIFO (First in and first out) principle i.e. during redemption member oldest points earn will be redeemed
  • - There is no minimum point balance threshold for redemption
  • - Points cannot be redeemed against cash
  • - Points earn on every transaction will be valid for 12 months from earn date in case if points are not redeemed

Tier – Upgrade/Downgrade

  • - Tier upgrades are processed daily on a rolling 12-month revenue basis including the Reduced Price sales also.
  • - EG- If a customer has done 10K purchase within last 1 year and he makes another transaction of 10K today in reduced price merchandise then he will be upgraded to Premier Tier but no points will be allocated in 10K reduced price purchase.
  • - Tier downgrades are also processed daily however a member who has achieved either premier or elite will continue to enjoy benefit of that tier for at least 12 months before being considered for tier downgrade
  • - Post 12-month completion in either premier or elite, last 12 month rolling revenue will be considered to define the new tier of the member.

Welcome/Upgrade Voucher

  • - Welcome voucher of Rs 500 OFF is given at the time of member enrolment irrespective of transaction value and its validity is 90 days
  • - Upgrade Vouchers
    • - Club to Premiere : Rs 1000 on spend Rs 4000
    • - Premiere to elite : Rs 3000 on spend of Rs 12000
  • - Welcome/Upgrade voucher cannot be redeemed on the same day of enrollment
  • - Welcome/Upgrade voucher cannot be redeemed against reduced priced merchandise
  • - If a customer directly enrols for Premier or Elite tier, both Welcome voucher and upgrade voucher will be issued to the customer
  • - An Upgrade voucher will be issued only once in the customer lifetime. If a customer was downgraded from Premier/Elite tier and he again reaches his previous tier after making another transaction, he/she will be not be eligible for an upgrade voucher.
  • - Upgrade voucher are not available for redemption on www.marksandspencer.in

Birthday, Anniversary and Kids Birthday Discount

  • - M&S Loyalty Member is eligible to avail birthday and anniversary discount within 7 days before the birthday or anniversary date of the customers in one invoice only.
  • - Birthday and anniversary discount can be availed against reduced price merchandize also
  • - Kids Birthday Discount is valid on Kids Items only.
  • - The customer can avail Kids birthday discount only for 0-14 year old kids.
  • - Birthday, Anniversary and Kids Birthday cannot be combined in same invoice.

What is the T&C for Axis Bank Offer?

Terms and Conditions for Marks & Spencer Campaign on Axis Bank Credit & Debit Cards

Offer Details:-

  • 10% cashback for Axis Bank Cardholders on a single minimum purchase of Rs. 5000 at Marks & Spencer

Offer period: 17th June 2020 to 25th August 2020 (Both Days inclusive)

Offer Terms & Conditions:-

  • -The customer can avail a maximum cash back of Rs. 1000. The cashback shall be available on the net transaction value of a single transaction.
  • -The offer is valid at both offline and online stores (M&S website and app)
  • -Net Transaction Value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less sale discount offered to the card holders at Marks & Spencer stores. The 10% cashback from Axis Bank shall be applicable only if the Net Transaction Value per bill is equal to or greater than Rs. 5000.
  • -The cash back is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same
  • -This Offer is valid on all Axis Bank Retail Credit and Debit Cards. This offer is not valid on Corporate Credit Cards and NRE Debit Cards.
  • -The cash back will be processed within 90 days from the end of the offer period.
  • -This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Axis Bank offer.
  • -All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within 90 days after expiry of the offer period. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the charge slip and Invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.
  • -The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.
  • -Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
  • -In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at discretion of Axis Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
  • -Axis Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets.

Can I pay using a gift card?

We currently do not accept payment by gift cards on this website. We will look to offer this in the future.

When will you take payment for my order?

If you used online payment method, payment will be authorised when you submit your order. For COD orders, you can make the payment in cash to the delivery person.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is extended only when goods are returned in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt.

On full-price merchandise:

Return can be done within 35 days of purchase. The return can be done online from home, or at the nearest offline store. The refund will be processed according to original mode of payment as per details given below.

 

  • - Card: Directly credited to the card used for purchase 
  • - Wallets : Directly credited into the source wallet :- Paytm, Jio Money, Mobikwik (Only applicable for online returns)
  • - Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Points or if any other mode payment is used, refund will be offered as a credit in your account

Return on ‘Reduced Price’ merchandise: 

Return can be done within 14 days of purchase. The same procedure for return and refund is applicable.

When do I receive a refund?

Once the return is made online, the courier partner will pick up the product from you or you can go directly to the nearest store to return the product. The product then goes for a quality check approving which refund will be processed within 7 working days.

How much is my delivery charge?

Currently there are no shipping charges on your orders.

Is International delivery available?

No, currently international shipping is not available on M&S India website. 

Are there weight restrictions on deliveries that will affect the delivery charge?

No, currently there are no such weight restrictions on deliveries. 

Do I need to be at home to receive my order?

The delivery drivers can deliver your order when you are not at home. In that case, it will be picked up by a family member. 

What happens if my order gets lost in the post?

If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible using these contact details. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.

Why is my order incomplete?

This could be because an item you’ve ordered has sold out before it could be sent to you. If any of the items in your order have sold out, we will inform you of this by email. Your order may also arrive in multiple parcels. Please allow us some extra time for the next parcel to arrive. If something is missing and you haven’t heard from us, please let us know so we can look into this further.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?
