Not true to size - too small
I'm 5ft 6ins and size 10/12. I normally buy M&S tights in size medium, and they fit perfectly. I assumed medium would be OK in these tights but I was wrong. They are way too short. It is possible to pull them up to your waist with a bit of effort but they slide down very quickly because the legs are too short. I wore them for about an hour (around the supermarket) but I can't wear them again. A complete waste of money. I'm disappinted.

Leg length of these tights are very short. they do not stay in place, but start to move down my legs. This means they become very uncomfortablle and I am not happy about that.

Too Short in Leg
Buy extra large as I have long legs these tights are so hard to get on and not long enough. I ordered 3 pairs and have returned 2 unopened as not good. Other tights Ex large are still a good fit though I notice in some ranges -Body Shaper you never have Ex large in stock online / discontinued? and in store the choice of tights is so limited.
Reading other reviews I note I am not alone. Real shame this as now need to look for another brand
