Bought this as a gift for my mother. While the creams by themselves are good, this particular gift item which is a combination pack of three creams (50 ml each) completely deceived me. The same creams individually can be purchased for Rs. 299 for a 100 ml tube but the same cream provided in the pack is 50 ml each. How can a reputed brand like Marks and Spencer charge such an exorbitant price for half the volumes just because it’s a gift pack? The three fragrances (each 100 ml) can be bought individually for Rs.897. However, this gift pack with the same fragrances but only 50 ml each, is Rs. 1299. So as this is a gift pack you may charge extra for that. But you charged extra as well as reduced the volume by half. Though this is a gift, M&S should not take advantage of one’s sentiment and emotion. I felt totally cheated. I don’t recommend this gift pack at all.
