men's trouser measurements
Husband has worn M&S trousers for over 20 years never any trouble with siziing and fit . All changed. Waist on these trousers does measure 44 ins. but the measurement from the crotch to the top of the waistband is now 4 cms. shorter reulting in him being able to draw them up in order to fasten them. Extremely disappointed This applies to all 3 pairs I ordered.

My husband likes these trousers, they look smart casual, and very comfortable. A good weighty fabric, so will be great for cooler days.

Slow descent.
I have recently lost weight and gone from 40 waist to 38.These trousers fit well while I am standing but bending or sitting results in the waist riding down and the trousers slowly descending.There is no provision for a belt so I have bought lightweight chinos with belt loops.
