2. OVERBUST
Measure completely around the bust at the fullest point. Hold the tape tight against the back but not too tight in the front.

How to wear a bra
Step 1
Slip your arms through the shoulder straps. Bend forward to allow your breasts to fall naturally into the bra cups. Fasten the hook.
Step 2
Adjust the shoulder straps so that it rests comfortably on your shoulders. Your straps should not be too loose or too tight.
Step 3
Bend forward and tuck your breasts into the cups, pushing them inwards to get a comfortable fit.
Step 4
To ensure vou are wearing the right size, raise your arms. Your bra should remain exactly where you have worn it. It should not ride up or move to the side.

CUPS NOT GREAT?

Go up a cup size if:
- Your breasts are spilling out of the cups at the front or under your arms.

Go down a cup size if:
- The cups are wrinkling or gaping.
STRAPS NOT RIGHT?

Loosen the straps if:
- They’re digging into your shoulders
- They feel tight and make the cups dig into your breasts.

Tighten them if:
- They’re slipping off your shoulders and avoid balcony bras if you have narrow shoulders.
UNDERBAND BOTHERING YOU?

Go up a back size if:
- The breast tissue under your arms is bulging over the underband.

Go down a back size if:
- Your breasts are visible beneath the underband.
- The underband is riding up your back.
WHAT ABOUT THE WIRES?

Go up a back size if:
- The wires are digging into your breast tissue or lifting away from your breastbone.

Go down a back size if:
- They’re slipping down towards your waist.
