Bright summer blouse
The color is lovely but the blouse is voluminous. I fall between sizes 14-16 depending on the cut. I bought size 14 as this looked like relaxed fit, even though the description said regular fit. In this case 12 would fit around the body but be tight on the cuff. The sleeves are as voluminous as the body of the blouse.
