This is a mess
I am shocked at the reviews for this bag. Firstly its badly stitched , the braided handle looks odd and ugly as it is too big. The strap was made for a Giraffe not a lady. The zip hangs over the bag.
All in all a total mess. Worst thing is the shoddy customer service from M&S India who won’t arrange a return . Never again.
