Pathetic quality
I am a regular offline customer of M&S products however this is the first time i purchased online. I must say the quality which was delivered to me is like that this shirt is worn by someone multiple times and even the packaging is third grade. This item looks like they are discarding their pieces online randomly. Lastly, i have tried this shirt once in a store and that time the quality was totally different. Please i want to return :(
