Love the fit!
Love the style and the fit! Provides great grip. The colour of the base is very classy, which is strangely rare in boots sometimes.

Design
Chelsea shoes are slipped on to your foot using the strap on the back . The one on the hoses is not large enough to put in your finger and does not serve the purpose . It has to be made bigger to enablerasy slip in . The best brands have two tabs one Arthur
Back and front to enable
Smooth insertion of your feet into your boot. I hope the manufacturer in Kanpur takes this into consideration .

Shoe is defective, they sent the same product after patching the damage. That’s too silly and cheating. I would never buy M&S products, atleast not from online
