Shoe is quite hard
Eventhough it's leather, shpe is quite hard. A lil uncomfortable for wide feet.

Sizing off, way too tight
The shoes size 5 are way too tight. I never have had a problem with sizing before with M&S with shoes -- and I have bought a lot of them in my time -- so I must conclude that the sizing problem is the fault of the manufacturer. I bought the pair on sale. But the quality of the shoes was such that the full price being charged for the shoes was absurd. But generally M&S you do a very good job.
